The websurfer mailing list is used to exchange URL's. The kind you find and say "WOW! I've got to pass this on to my friends." Then you remember, I don't have any friends. I'm a lone web surfer. That's where the mailing list comes in. Now you have a list of other lone web surfers who are interested in that new URL.
